What are some other ways to respond to someone saying "thank you" besides "de rien" or "vous êtes bienvenue"?

“Vous etes bienvenue” is a literal translation of the English “You’re welcome”. I have never heard it used in France.

“De rien” is a translation of the Spanish de nada.

“Avec plaisir.”

If the Red Pill is supposed to be so bad, why are so many young men buying into it? What about Red Pill makes it appealing to them?
